In the end I decided native foods, Zinfandel. Besides, it should be great with bison stew and fine with rabbit rillettes.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Rabbits are the ultimate renewable resource and anyone pretending to be green should champion their consumption.
